SUPPORT WORKERS NEEDED
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH VOLNURABLE ADULTS AND CHILDREN
**Colchester area only**
```Duties:```
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities
- Assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Help individuals develop and maintain independent living skills
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events
- Document and report any changes in behaviour or health status
```Experience:```
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of person-cantered care and support principles
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with individuals and their families
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must have a valid DBS registered on update service-this must include child and adult
Must also have a valid child and adult safeguarding training certificates
