HISC is a premier members’ club with a proud sailing heritage, an exceptional waterside location, and an exciting events calendar—from grassroots racing to international regattas. It’s a vibrant, fun and dynamic environment.
âš“ The Role
You’ll oversee all Club operations—marine, events, F&B, facilities, finance and membership services—leading a team of 20 permanent staff and 50+ seasonal team members. You’ll work closely with the Commodore and Committee members to deliver the strategic vision and ensure members and guests receive exceptional service all year round.

âś” A proven leader with experience in hospitality, leisure, sport or marine
âś” Commercially savvy with strong ops and financial acumen
