🙈 Oops... Seems we've ruffled some feathers 🪶

You might have seen a post from us this week showcasing the brilliant digital e-bikes we commissioned to spread the word about all the exciting things going on at Gattaca right now.

Let's just say, it caused a stir and we've been politely asked to remove our last LinkedIn post, which showed photos of our digital e-bikes at a local business park.

🙈 🚲 We meant no offence! We're just excited about what we can offer experienced and entry-level sales & recruitment professionals.

This Gattaca is joining women around the world on a mission to

Last year, we marked International Women’s Day by sharing with you our commitments around gender diversity within our organisation, including our strategic goals to achieve gender balance in management and leadership level roles by 2026. This was no empty promise.

Over the past year we have made huge strides towards this goal.

And today, we are proud to launch Limitless, our new Females in Careers programme, designed to encourage career confidence and self-belief in our female-identifying employees through support networks, sponsorship programmes and a diverse range of resources.

Everyone at Gattaca is wishing our CCO, Matthew Wragg a huge congratulations on an outstanding 20 years' of service.

Matt is a perfect representation of Gattaca's core values: fun, ambition, professionalism, and trust. Beginning his career with us as a Recruitment Consultant, his commitment, drive and personality over the last two decades have propelled him into the position he now holds in senior leadership.

Never one to miss an opportunity to give back to the community, Matt has personally raised thousands of pounds through his fundraising efforts for our charity partners Friends of PICU and Foothold.
