The role is very varied and includes, meeting and greeting, answering the phone and taking detailed messages, focusing on customer service and experience.

⭐️ Cash Administrator ⭐️ Southampton ⭐️ £16-20k ⭐️

Picton West is working with an established and growing Financial Services company in Southampton and together we are recruiting for an Administrator.

The Administrator will join a stable team and undertake the following duties:

Cash allocation & reconcilation
High volume numerical data entry
Transfer of financial information between systems
General administration
Telephone call and message taking
Dealing with departmental emails
General client enquiries

The successful Administrator will have a good working knowledge of Excel from a data entry viewpoint. You will be familiar with cash allocation and reconciation from an accounts point of view and be numeric with a high level of accuracy. Experience in banking, finance, or accounts would be beneficial.

The Administrator can expect a salary from £16-20k depending on experience. The role is Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm and based in Southampton city centre. You can expect a modern socially distanced working environment including many onsite benefits.

The Property Manager will be part of an increased headcount in the department. The role is a 360 Property Management role and will include Pre Tenancy, Maintenance and Renewals. Your portfolio will consist of approximately 100 properties. This is an office based role.

The successful Property Manager will have experience in Property Management or Lettings and be able to demonstrate and organised and methodical approach to work. You will be used to dealing with a wide variety of client and be able to offer excellent customer service at all times to Landlord, Tenant and Contractors.

The Property Manager can expect a package in the region of £25k. The role is Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm.
