Last Friday was 'wear it pink' day and the lovely folks at Arena Offices put on a beautiful spread of PINK goodies as a vital reminder to us all of the power of early detection and the importance of supporting everyone affected by this disease.

In the UK alone, around 55,000 women and 400 men are diagnosed with breast cancer every year. Shockingly, 1 in 7 women will develop it in their lifetime.

Early detection saves lives. Knowing what is normal for your body and checking yourself regularly is one of the most proactive steps you can take.

Look out for key signs and symptoms:
💕A lump or swelling in the breast, upper chest, or armpit
💕 Skin changes, such as dimpling, puckering, or redness
💕 Ni**le changes, including sudden inversion or unusual discharge
💕 Persistent, unexplained pain in one breast or armpit

If you are a woman aged 50 to 71, please make sure you attend your routine NHS breast screening invitations every three years. If you notice any unusual or persistent changes at any age, do not wait—contact your GP promptly.
