📍 Shifts available across:
Southampton | Totton | Portsmouth | West Sussex | Bournemouth

We offer flexible, adhoc work on an as-and-when-needed basis, with plenty of shifts available for the right candidates.

🚗 Drivers preferred due to some service locations, but not essential.

💷 Pay rates from £12.71 - £14.45 per hour
(Enhanced rates for Bank Holidays)

Young people’s support workers wanted - Bournemouth ⭐️

We are currently looking to register support workers in the Bournemouth area for a brand new residential service opening in the next 3 weeks!

The service will support young people who have arrived in the UK without an adult. Many come from different countries and may speak little English, so we are looking for kind, patient and understanding people who want to make a real difference.

The role will include:
• Day shifts (hours can be flexible but generally based on 12 hour shifts)
• Sleep-in shifts
• Supporting young people with daily routines and settling into life in the UK
• Providing a safe and nurturing environment
£13.00 per hour / £50 per sleep in duty

The service is expected to open in the next few weeks, so we are registering suitable staff now ready to start.

Experience in residential care, support work, youth work or similar roles would be great, but the right attitude and compassion are just as important.

⭐ Children & Young People’s Support Workers Needed – Southampton ⭐

We are currently looking for experienced Children & Young People’s Support Workers to join a residential service in Southampton on a temp-to-perm basis.

This is a great opportunity to support young people in a residential setting and be part of a team that makes a real difference every day.

Shift pattern:
🕘 9am – 11pm
💤 Sleep in
🌅 7am – 9.30am the following morning

Based on around 40 hours per week on average, working to a 3-week rolling rota.

Pay:
💷 £12.25 – £12.50 per hour
⬆️ Increasing in April to £12.71 – £13.25 per hour
💷 £50 – £70 per sleep-in

We’re looking for people who:
✔ Have experience supporting children or young people in residential settings
✔ Have worked with young people with mental health needs or behaviours
✔ Hold a UK driving licence (preferred)
✔ Have the right to work full time in the UK (unfortunately we cannot offer sponsorship)
