Looking for a House Keeper in Warsash.

Paying upto £20ph for 5 hours a day 5 days a week.

Duties would cover

Washing and ironing
Cleaning all surfaces and rooms Inc bathrooms
Hoovering
Mopping all floors with floor maching
Loading and unloading dishwasher
Cleaning games room
Tidying and organising of draws and cupboards
Pet care (litter trays and occasional feeding)
May have to take parcels and deal with trades people
Occasionally feed children

This will be on an 8 week contract with possibility to go permanent afterwards.

£21,500 - £27,000 basic salary DOE with uncapped commission (£35k OTE)

Hawkeye Recruitment are working alongside one a market leading technology sales firm based in the a modern, vibrant location just outside of Portsmouth. Our client is searching for individuals with excellent telephone customer service skills to join their rapidly expanding team.

Whilst COVID has been difficult for some, our client has more than doubled their revenue over the past two years, and has recently taken on new premises to house growing teams.

You will need:

Ideally a minimum of 12 months working in a phone-based customer service role however, our client will consider far less experience if you've got the drive and personality for the role!

Have a confident telephone manner and able to build rapport with your clients over the phone
Strong organisational skills and able to manage your own workload
Self motivation and drive
Great communication skills including written and verbal
Good IT skills

The role:
Receiving inbound calls from clients
Collecting information to ensure you're giving the best service to the client
Dealing with all client enquiries in a professional, friendly, and compliant manner
Overcoming client objections and obstacles
Ensuring your clients are fully updated with every step of their process

£25,000 - £28,000 basic depending on experience with up to £3O,000 OTE (company pool car)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager in the Brighton area to join one of the market leading agencies in the area.

You will be working alongside skilled and experienced members of staff for a company that believe in employee and customer care.

You will need:

Full UK driving licence

A minimum of 2 years experience working as a Residential Property Manager

ARLA qualified not essential as but a bonus (client will fund you to complete ARLA once you have started)

Have excellent customer service

Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and email

Have a positive attitude along with a flexible and positive outlook

Experience with dealing with over 100 properties in your portfolio

Experience using Jupix systems an advantage but not essential


The role:

Dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors via telephone, email and in person

Issuing contractual works for properties
Maintaining a large property portfolio

Ensuring a high level of standards are kept at all times

Renewal of contracts

Dealing with check in and check outs along with midterm inspections

Negotiating with landlords and tenants regarding deposit refunds including the registering of deposits to TDS

Supporting any trainee Property Managers

Help with the supervision of the Property Management team when the manager is out of the office

Amendments of contracts as required
