On-Site Coordinator Job Opportunity

Currently hiring an Onsite Staffing Coordinator to manage temporary employees for one of our clients based in Chichester area. This position will be responsible for optimizing efforts to service client in a high-quality, cost-effective manner through welfare and on-site representation of Pro-Force Ltd.
This is a full-time position and a career. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing excellent customer service by responding to client company inquiries and ensuring employees are compliant with the company's rules and regulations.
* Managing daily on-site operations such as head counts and employee check-ins.
* Conducting daily shift start-up meetings with your crews.
* Conduct regular meetings with the client to ensure strong communication.
* Developing and maintaining relationships with management and supervisors to resolve employee issues.
* Produce requested management reports for both client and Management of Pro-Force ltd. personnel.
* Monitor and address personnel issues and concerns quickly and effectively
* Schedule, check-in and provide pre-assignment orientation to all temporary employees
* Monitor temporary employee attendance and performance, coach and counsel as needed
* Follow company policies and procedures for all staffing and client activity.
* All other duties that may arise to ensure the successful operation of the company
* Complete injury report and conduct accident investigations.
* Manage payroll functions for Pro-Force ltd. associates including timekeeping activities, payroll reports and ensures accurate timesheet reporting for payment.

Job requirements:

*People person
*English and Russian speakers only (mandatory to be able to communicate with client, Pro-Force management and staff)
*Driving license (only necessary if not living on site)

We can provide:
Accommodation - £60.90/week (caravan)
Free transport to work and back (with the staff)
Weekly hours average – 44 hours
