Swansea has always had a solid reputation of scouting and producing fantastic players, even with the academy category status dropping from 1 to 2. Tivonge is definitely someone we need to see in the 1st team.

Tivonge is very pacy player who loves to run at players and drive the ball through defensive lines. His technical ability to move the the ball through dribbling or passing is very good but experience is his down side as he hasn't featured much in the 1st team. Even with this issue, his confidence and work rate balance this out and will be very useful to the 1st team later on. Tivonge has good tackling ability on the ground but even with his height, he will challenge everything showing great tenacity. Shooting ability isn't something he's know for but his screamer earlier this year helps showcases his long range shooting ability.

A loan is definitely needed for him next season to gain 1st team football - Russell Martin will have to consider him in Swanseas 1st team if Tivonge doesnt go out on loan. A spell in league 1 or 2 would do him the world of good in terms of experience in a competitive environment and improving his own ability.

Holland has always been a fantastic nation for developing young players for the rest of the world. This is no exception with this incredible midfielder being produced by Feyenoord - he's been able to develop enough to be recognised and wanted by some of the big clubs in Europe.

Kokcu is a very technical midfielder with his skill, ball manipulation, shooting, dribbling and passing. He has the ability of a top midfielder at such a young age - Orkun isn't afraid to shoot from outside the box and with his tenacity to get a goal equaled by his ability to score a goal, makes him a real danger around the final third. His vision to see passes as well as his ability for short and long passes is a positive but he tends to advance his position by dribbling the ball - showing a very high level of confidence and work rate to get his team into a better position. His positioning is very good alongside his aggressive nature to keep the ball, making him trouble when it comes to defending for his team. 

Liverpool would be a good suit and maybe a transfer might happen this summer. Arsenal were linked with Orkun in February so maybe interest from them might come. I think a Premier league move with 1st team action will be the choice for Orkun Kokcu

From the Ajax Academy in Cape Town to Shakhtar Donetsk, the young Lassina Traore has already experienced a lot. His time at Ajax developed him only so far but his time at Donetsk really reflects how talented this player is.

Lassina is a tall and physical striker who isn't afraid to be aggressive on and off the ball. His body enables him to get in between the defender and the ball quite easily which gives him the edge when looking to fire a shot in the box. The Burkinabe international has the ability to shoot with feet and heading, making him a nightmare anywhere in the 18 yard box. His vision allows him to find pockets of space or even small movements to open room for a pass or a shot on target combined with his shooting makes him even more lethal in build up play or an attacking transition. Lassina is by no means slow but I wouldn't say he's fast either - he uses his intelligence to recognise when to move which is a very good trait for someone this young showing experience already.

Lassina has been unfortunate with his knee injury but should be able to get back on track at Shakhtar Donetsk. Another good season in Ukraine could leave to move further west into Europe. Italy and Portugal would be good places for the Burkinabe striker to further elevate his status.

Scotland have a fantastic reputation of producing full backs over the last few years. At 18, he has already played a season at Aberdeen and looks like a fantastic acquisition from Liverpool. Working under one of the best Right backs in the world Trent Alexander-Arnold will do wonders for his experience if he doesn't go out on loan.

Calvin Ramsay is a perfect example of how the fullback position has evolved over the last 10 years. Ramsay thrives at going attacking just as much as he thrives at defending - he is a physical player who shows aggression and determination when attacking but can utilise these attributes into his defending. Ramsay enjoys a 1 v 1 situation - his ability to change his running speed combined with his ability to utilise skills makes him a dangerous threat down the right hand side in terms of attacking. He has an endless supply of stamina helping him to track back when transitioning into defense. Calvins pace also helps get into attacking positions in the final third where he can cross the ball into the box or have a shot on target. His ability to use both feet definitely helps him in these situations.

Liverpool have found the perfect replacement for Trent but I don't think that will be on the cards for a few years yet. After a full season, Calvin will need more consistent game time in a 1st team which I dont think will happen at Liverpool for now. A move to the Championship will definitely help Ramsay improve and remain just as sharp.

Brighton have recently bought Julio from Libertad who has been a bit of a goal machine this season for the Paraguayan club. The scouting department at Brighton needs some recognition for another gem with this talented 18 year old.

Julio’s role in being a second striker allows him to be deeper with his attacking positioning which you can really see him thriving in - he loves taking players with his array of skills and his direct runs. When in between defensive lines, he has the ability to pick up small pockets of space and give quick 1 touch passes to open up runs in behind for his teammates. Enciso isn't the biggest player but holds his own when going shoulder to shoulder with opposition - his agility definitely helps him to get out of physical situations. Whether in the box or out the box, Julio has the confidence and ability to get a shot off and finish at the same time - his decision making let's him down at times but that will come from his age and lack of experience.

With Julio now being a Brighton player, the question is asked whether he should be in and around the 1st team or sent out on loan. Spending 6 months at the club to adjust with a loan move in the winter will help Julio adjust to his surroundings and gives Brighton the opportunity to assess his ability for the 1st team.
