Dispensary Technician (Based in Worthing)

Initial 1 year contract

£14.48 p/h (overtime rate £24.49 p/h)

Hours of Work: Rolling days (4 days on 2 days off). (6:45am – 3pm).

After 12 weeks service with our client, you will have the potential to earn £16.09 p/h basic, with overtime at £24.49 p/h, on the basis training has been completed.

My client based in Worthing is seeking to recruit people to work in their Warehouse Department. This area is a busy environment and requires candidates to have a can-do work ethic and be able to multitask.

The Role:

The role will be working inside of the dispensary with weighing and dispensing of bulk powders for the manufacturing teams in the dispensary suite. Individuals to working in dispensing booths and will be fulfilling the requirements for the production process orders. All work to be controlled on SAP and linked to weighing system. Individuals will also be required to set-up rooms, clean rooms and perform basic filter changes for the booth as required


No minimum level of education identified however following education/experience is preferential:
• The ability to be trained and subsequent safe operation of all appropriate mechanical handling equipment, or holding of recent FLT qualification.
• Keen Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of documentation and preparation of goods.
• Customer focused.
• Previous warehouse and/or SAP experience

My client based in Worthing is seeking to recruit people to work in their Pharmaceutical Packaging Department. This area is a busy environment and requires candidates to have a can-do work ethic and be able to multitask. There is also a requirement to be able to fill in auditable documentation correctly. Training is given at every step.

Key Skills Required
• Basic English (written and reading) and Maths skills – GCSE’s.
• To be able to maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Training will be provided on the following:
• Perform quality assurance checks on finished packaging.

Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking for a new opportunity?

Our client are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team on a full time basis.

*ROLE REQUIRES A FORKLIFT REACH TRUCK LICENSE*

- Located in Southampton Central
- 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm (with 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
- £25,000 to £28,000 per year depending on experience (plus bonus)
- On site parking
- Christmas shut down
- No weekend working required

Duties to include:

• Oversee a variety of warehouse activities, including receiving goods, unloading containers, maintaining inventory, and managing associated records.
• Receive incoming parcels (including faulty goods) and direct them to the appropriate area or personnel.
• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehouse activities, aiming to achieve next-day delivery for customer orders.
• Ensure customer orders are picked and packed accurately and loaded in a timely manner.
• Ensure all stock follows the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Verify that received goods match the packing list in terms of quantity, part number, and condition upon container arrival.
• Improve the warehouse filing system to ensure all documents are well-organised and easily identifiable.
• Develop and update current warehouse work instructions.
• Establish and update work procedures or standards to meet Managing Director requirements, such as box packing and pallet wrapping.
• Establish company health and safety policies with assistance from MD
• Implement company policies and ensure health and safety compliance by performing risk assessments.
• Ensure the safety of all warehouse staff and equipment and report any work-related injuries immediately.
• Recommend measures to improve service quality, increase warehouse efficiency, and enhance staff and equipment performance.
• Oversee training, development, and performance management of all warehouse staff.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships and communication with warehouse staff and other departments.

Essential Requirements:

• 2-3 Years Experience at Warehouse Supervisor Level
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Friendly and Approachable (Team Player)
• The ability to work independently
• Forklift Reach Truck
• Proven experience in business processes related to warehouse operations (desirable)
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and logistics procedures
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory control
• Sound understanding of materials handling techniques.
