Joanne Foster is recruiting an Engineering Workshop Manager for a growing and innovative engineering business based in Milton Keynes.

This is not a purely desk-based management position. You will lead a highly skilled workshop team, manage engineering projects and priorities, improve processes and remain actively involved in solving technical challenges.

The opportunity could be particularly well suited to someone with engineering leadership experience gained within REME, the Royal Navy or the Royal Air Force.

The package includes:

- £60,000 salary
- Travel expenses to and from work reimbursed
- Monday to Friday working
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
- An additional day off for your birthday
- EMI share options and additional benefits
