💜 Thank you to International Motors Ltd for the fabulous evening celebrating International Womens Day, bringing together female owned and female empowered businesses 💜

After a ‘funny’ start to the year full of self doubt, imposter syndrome and really questioning if I and we as women really can do it all (be a good mother, daughter, sister, granddaughter, friend, work colleague, supplier, as well as counting steps, tracking calories, keep up with school admin, having a clean house a well presented child and everything in-between) , this is just what was needed.

Hearing from motivational, inspirational and strong women - Heather Fisher OLY and Ella Greenwood and sharing a room with amazing women, seeing lots of familiar faces and making new connections, plus the great goodie bag made for a wonderful evening.

The powerful message I took from this is that we as women need to champion and support each other not just this week but every day. Stop the comparison, celebrate each others successes and cheerlead and build each other up.
