About the Role:

We are looking for a manager of our Cohesion ‘Activate’ team. The team is responsible for working on the senior and specialist vacancies from our outsourced recruitment clients.

You and the team will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process – from taking job briefs, through sourcing which is all done under the client brand, screening, assessment and offer management. Our clients are within health and social care, so you will recruit a range of head office type roles, as well as senior care roles – Home Managers, Area Directors, and Quality Managers for example.

Your key talents will include:

Recruiting for professional, mid to senior level or specialist roles.
The ability to manage, motivate and develop a small team of recruiters.
Working directly with Hiring Managers to guide them through the recruitment process.
Confidence when consulting with clients
Regular ideas on better ways of recruiting
