We are looking for a Resourcer to join our team at Fortem People Ltd

As our Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a vital role in keeping our service running smoothly sourcing and engaging with candidates, supporting compliance for our temporary workers, and helping to manage key client relationships. You will be joining a close-knit, supportive team where your contribution will be visible and valued from day one.

We are looking for someone with the below skills;

• Previous experience in a recruitment, resourcing or compliance-related role
• Confident communicator comfortable on the telephone and in writing
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage a busy and varied workload and prioritise effectively
• A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine willingness to get stuck in
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Benefits:
• Salary £25,000 - £30,000
• 36-hour week worked over 4 days
• 25 days’ holiday per year (not pro-rated) plus bank holidays

We are seeking a commercially driven and results-focused Business Development Manager to join a growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on winning new business, developing current client accounts, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions across a range of sectors.

You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing deals, while working closely with internal teams to maximise performance and client success.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and positioning a portfolio of services to meet client operational needs.

The Role

This is a pivotal position within the business, supporting advisers and ensuring clients receive a seamless, high-quality experience. You’ll be involved in the full client journey, playing a key role in maintaining and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the end-to-end client review process
Booking and coordinating client review meetings within required timescales
Preparing detailed and professional meeting packs
Drafting and checking client correspondence, reports, and documentation
Providing comprehensive administrative support to advisers
Managing pre- and post-meeting activities, including updating client records on Salesforce
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providers, and third parties
Handling incoming calls with confidence and professionalism
Welcoming clients and visitors to the office
Liaising with administrative centres to ensure transactions are completed efficiently
Producing templated letters and reports
