I've worked in recruitment for over 20 years and
I'm so proud to say that I successfully ran ZAC Recruitment Ltd for the last 9 years.

Its taken a while to make the decision but I have decided to close the business.

Its not been the same since brexit, covid and the last 6 months have been really difficult. I have had the most amazing 9 years. I've worked with some fantastic clients who have been really loyal to me and supportive and had the pleasure of dealing with lots of lovely candidates. I have loved working in the Construction industry and working with lots of different companies and people. Running my own business has taught me so much, it's been Challenging and helped me thrive and grow as a person.

But I am so excited to have recently started a new role,
in a completely new industry and I can honestly say I am really enjoying the new challenge.

Its been a tough few years but I'm pleased to say that things have picked up & thankfully the Construction industry is thriving.
I feel very privileged that I not only enjoy what I do but I love helping people who are looking to further their career and find it really rewarding when I help people find their ideal ideal role with a new employer.
