A huge congratulations to Ellis Rayner for being named Orion Electrotech’s Reading Office Employee of the Month! 👏

It’s been a fantastic month for Ellis, who continues to play an important role in supporting a growing contractor base across multiple customer accounts while taking on some particularly challenging recruitment projects.

Over the past month, Ellis has successfully placed a number of temporary workers, helped fill several difficult-to-source vacancies and grown his contractor portfolio to an impressive 18 workers, with even more due to start shortly.

Behind those numbers is the consistent work Ellis puts into every relationship and recruitment process. From keeping candidates engaged and informed to maintaining regular communication with customers, his proactive approach ensures processes keep moving and clients receive the support they need.

A brilliant month that demonstrates the impact of strong relationships and a determination to deliver.

It’s been an incredibly busy period for Caroline, with year-end activities adding even more to an already demanding workload. Yet, regardless of how much she has on her plate, she continues to be there whenever the team needs her.

Whether it’s providing additional information, supporting the sales team or helping colleagues get what they need to perform at their best, Caroline consistently delivers. Her knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile make her an integral part of the team and the wider business.

Even when the pressure is on, Caroline remains positive, approachable and always ready to help.

Quarter after quarter, our Lunch Club recognises the outstanding commitment, determination and results delivered by our top performers. It’s a chance to step away from the office, celebrate success together and reward the people who continue to raise the bar across Orion Electrotech.
