🌟 Closing a Chapter 🌟
After almost four years of running my own business, I’ve decided to close it at the end of this year.
And you know what? I’m not seeing this as a failure!
My business served a purpose. And that purpose was me — my availability to be there for the people who needed me the most.
Over these years, life has thrown more at my family than I ever imagined.
If I hadn’t been self-employed, I wouldn’t have been able to show up for all of it. I wouldn’t have been able to fight, advocate, care, support, and hold everyone together when they needed me.
And yes — the impact has been hard.
I’ve lost business.
I’ve questioned myself.
I’ve had moments of self-doubt.
But would I change it?
Not a chance. My family will always come first.
What has made this journey even more meaningful is the incredible support I’ve had from both candidates and clients. Your trust, your loyalty, and your belief in me have meant more than you know. I’m genuinely grateful for every single person who has been part of this chapter.
And to reassure you — I’m not leaving recruitment. -WOO HOO
This is simply a transition, not a goodbye. A new chapter, not an ending.
For the first time in a long time, I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.
January feels exciting. Change feels good. ✨ Watch this space. 🩷
