Placing Faces We are MODERN recruitment 🙌🏼 Mortgage & Property Recruitment Specialists 🏡💸 Give us a call today We are your Mortgage, IFA & Property specialist recruiters.

We differentiate ourselves from our competitors by simplifying the recruitment process for both candidates and clients. The old school methods of face to face screening, hard-selling and handing out false promises won't be found at Placing Faces. Placing Faces launched in January 2016, originally as Exella Recruitment Specialists Limited and rebranded in January 2021. The vision was to steer away from the 'high street' recruitment methods that are so commonly seen. Recruiters are taught to fish for information from candidates, use them as a gateway into another agency's clients, made to hit targets such as CV submissions, which then leads to clients being sent CVs which are hardly relevant and candidates being given false hope. At Placing Faces we offer a friendly, honest approach. If we cannot directly help you then we will point you in the right direction. To us, communication is paramount.

Alex & Tilly were set up at the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority Employer Roadshow yesterday!

We had a great time, sharing advice to many individuals that were looking to get into the mortgage & financial advisory sector.

The financial world thrives on fresh perspectives, and we're passionate about making it accessible to everyone.

Alongside this, we weren't just there to talk mortgages, we bought an internal job with us 😁 If you missed us at the stand, it's not too late to ping us a message.

Thanks to the Pathways team for having and looking after us. The cracking buffet and tea/coffee table service throughout the day was a lovely touch ☕

Most importantly though, a huge thank you to all the candidates that paid us a visit - appreciate that putting yourselves out there can be a daunting experience, but we absolutely loved the company 🤝

📍 Surrey (Hybrid) - £30k-£33k basic plus commission, leads from estate agency branches, and a chance to join a growing team early.

Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor
📍 Nottingham (Hybrid) - 60% net commission, no desk fees, full admin and compliance support.
📍 Remote - £65k-£100k+ OTE, pre-qualified leads and up to an 85/15 split on self-generated business.

📍 Hove - £25k-£33k basic, with exposure to bridging, development finance and commercial lending.
