🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle sales enquiries via phone & email, delivering top-tier customer service
✅ Process customer orders using company systems (SAP, Salesforce)
✅ Prepare & follow up on quotations to support the sales pipeline
✅ Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, technical) for smooth order fulfilment
✅ Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities
✅ Assist external sales teams with lead generation & reporting
