Following many years working for a large national organisation, Claire strongly believed there was a gap in the market for an agency which provided schools and teachers with a personalised and bespoke service. After a very successful launch in the North East, Lucy Fallon opened an office in Sheffield which covers the South Yorkshire region. Lucy wanted to o

pen a local, independent agency that were able to offer their teachers a better rate of pay whilst retaining personalised service for her schools. Lucy has enjoyed a successful career in Education recruitment for 15 years building strong working relationships with schools in Sheffield, Rotherham and Doncaster. We were recently been awarded Gold Standard in Recruitment , REC Audited Education. This is very much like an Ofsted , but for teaching agencies! Whilst many agencies are REC members, only a small number have successfully undergone the Gold Standard Audit.
