Last week, leaders from across Scenic Hotel Group came together for our annual conference and team-building programme.

This year, we challenged ourselves to think differently with a business simulation that took us well outside our comfort zones. Stepping away from our hotels and into the boardroom of a company operating in an industry we knew nothing about tested our strategic thinking, decision-making, teamwork and leadership skills.

It was a fantastic reminder that great leaders never stop learning, and that some of the best growth happens when we're faced with unfamiliar challenges.

Congratulations to our two winning teams who delivered the strongest business performance on the day, and thank you to everyone who embraced the challenge and brought their competitive spirit.
