Time to celebrate!

10 years ago today I took the decision to incorporate EASi Recruitment. I had spent too many years working for a company who did not appreciate my hard work and bullied me. I had to leave. I had a non-compete in place till December when I left to which I honoured to the day but today was the day that I knew things had to change.

With the thanks for the support of some very dear friends that persuaded me to go for it, pulled me through the hard times and we stand strong I am here today with no regrets. Where did those 10 years go? It has been lots of hard work and super fun.

Here’s to the next 10 years. I have to carry on to pay for all my holidays 😊 Thank you to everyone who has supported myself and EASi, team work all the way.

BUSY BUSY BUSY – lots of work available

Do you know anyone who is looking for work be it ad-hoc temporary work or permanent work? Temporary work suits anyone from someone in between jobs to a GAP year student or someone wanting flexible working to fit in with studies or other commitments.

Temporary work varied work from hospitality/catering, warehouse, office and cleaning. Rates vary depending on the role and the client. For those age 16 – 19 min pay will always be at least £7.38, age 20 & 21 at least £8.36 and 23+ at least £8.91. Locations are Sevenoaks, Edenbridge, Hadlow, Dartford, Maidstone and surrounding area.

We have a large event at Brands Hatch 15th, 16th and 17th October needing catering staff for bar work, waiting work and making sandwich platters look amazing. Welcome to register and do just that event if that is all you have time for. Various hours.

All temporary work is paid under PAYE direct to your bank weekly.

Permanent work various warehouse clients are looking for packers to pack up orders, pickers to get the orders pack and wrappers (wanted to bust into song there! 😊). Hours are generally Monday to Friday roughly 8 – 5 depending on the client. Also have permanent office work background vetting people for security, admin and others.

Food for thought. If you are dining out this weekend be patient, be kind. The service may be slower than you'd like but they will be doing their best.
Massive shortage everywhere of catering staff just now across the whole industry. Just enjoy being out, with friends, family.

Hospitality work so shifts from clearing tables, chef de partie to production chefs. They need 66 shifts filled in just this week. We have scanning work in a warehouse, scanning returned stock back into stock. 8 - 5 Monday to Friday, near to Sainsburys Sevenoaks.

We also have cleaning work in a private hospital, but a DBS for this role is a must. Hours 07.00- 14.00 Monday to Friday

We have catering work in a school, DBS is a must. Hours vary from 07.00 starts to 22.00 finishes (only working 7.5 of those hours)

We have catering work on the weekends. Varied hours from 10.00 starts to 18.00 finishes (working c 5 ish hours during those hours) must be able to get there with own transport or lift due to location.

Paid weekly direct to your bank account, we look after any tax and National Insurance contributions for you. Rates vary from minimum Age 16 - 17 £6.95 p/h. 18 – 20 £7.05p/h. 21 – 22 £8.36p/h. 23+ £8.91. Rates more for some jobs.

We also have perm warehouse in Sevenoaks. Perm PA/Secretarial in Tunbridge Wells and Perm Gardening role in Sevenoaks too.
