You'll take ownership of the kitchen, creating seasonal menus, managing budgets and GP margins, maintaining high standards, and recruiting and developing your kitchen team. The food offering ranges from daytime breakfast and lunch through to bespoke menus for occasional private evening events.
This is a full-time, permanent position working approximately 45 hours per week, primarily 9am–5pm, with additional hours for events paid as overtime.
Location: South Cave, East Riding of Yorkshire
Salary: £45,000–£50,000 + paid overtime
Hours: Primarily 9am–5pm
