🌟 What a Difference 4 Months Can Make! 🌟

Just four months ago, Include Elite Workforce Ltd was an idea with a vision – to provide reliable, compassionate and highly skilled support staff to children's residential homes and services supporting people with autism, learning disabilities and complex needs.

Today, I'm incredibly proud of how far we've come.

✅ We've built an amazing team of dedicated support workers.
✅ We've established strong relationships with providers across the North East.
✅ We're supporting children, young people and adults with high-quality care.
✅ We've developed robust recruitment, compliance and governance processes to ensure the highest standards.
✅ Most importantly, we're continuing to grow while never losing sight of why we started – making a positive difference to people's lives.

Starting a new business isn't easy. There have been challenges, long days and plenty of learning along the way, but seeing the business develop and knowing we're making a real impact makes it all worthwhile.

🧩 The Right Support Can Change Everything 🧩

When working with children, young adults, and adults with Autism, ADHD, and complex needs, it's important to remember that behaviour is often a form of communication. 💭

Too often, we focus on what a person is doing rather than why they are doing it. 🤔

A young person who is anxious, withdrawn, refusing to engage, or displaying behaviours that challenge may not be "being difficult." They may be experiencing sensory overload, struggling to communicate a need, feeling overwhelmed, or trying to regain a sense of control. 💙

As care professionals, our role is not simply to manage behaviour – it's to understand the person behind the behaviour. 🌱

The most effective support comes from people who:

✅ Build trusting relationships
✅ Listen without judgement
✅ Remain calm during times of distress
✅ Understand sensory and communication needs
✅ Focus on strengths, not limitations
✅ Promote dignity, independence, and choice
