🎉 I’m delighted to share that following our very first CQC inspection, we have been rated GOOD in all five areas. 🎉
This milestone represents more than a rating — it reflects two and a half years of building, refining, learning, and committing ourselves to delivering safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care. From day one, our goal has been to create a service rooted in dignity, respect, and genuine compassion, and this result shows that we are firmly on the right path.
To our incredible staff team: thank you. Your professionalism, your kindness, and your unwavering commitment to the people we support shine through every single day. You have worked tirelessly, embraced challenges, and shown what true teamwork looks like. This achievement belongs to all of you.
To the people we support and their families: thank you for trusting us, welcoming us into your lives, and helping shape the service we are so proud of. Your feedback, your resilience, and your individuality inspire us to keep improving and striving for excellence.
A personal note from me, as the owner and registered manager:
These past two and a half years have been some of the most challenging and rewarding of my life. Building this service from the ground up has taken determination, long days, and a lot of heart — but I have never once felt alone in the journey.
To everyone who has supported me — whether through advice, encouragement, patience, or simply believing in what we were trying to achieve — thank you. Your support has meant more than you know.
