✅ Processing customer orders and quotations using Opera 3
✅ Handling customer enquiries and data input
✅ Using systems like Outlook, Excel, Word & Nitro Pro
✅ Working closely with other departments
✅ Maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
✅ Supporting continuous improvement activities
