We were thrilled to host a recent Train the Trainer (TTT) Workshop for our second dynamic group as part of the ongoing “fine-tuning” of our TTT pilot programme. The energy, engagement, and enthusiasm were truly inspiring!

A huge kudos to our newly appointed mentors:
Damian Prus
Dean Vause
Carl Parr
Amadeusz Minorowicz
Grzegorz Pawlak
Ingrida Bernotaitiene
Marcelo De Souza Rea
- you are set to make a lasting impact 👏

Special thanks to our incredible trainers - Jakub Nabialek and Karolina Kurzyk for your guidance and expertise. Your efforts made this session an incredible success!

This workshop wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of our leadership teams, both Global - Gina Delillo, Adilson Ferreira and local - Philip Fisher, Mateusz Hajduk. Additionally, a heartfelt thank you to our fantastic local HR and Training team - Tammy Mitcheson, Rafal Mlynarczyk, and Aggie Senger - who ensured the training ran seamlessly. 🙌

Here’s to empowering trainers, strengthening collaboration and creating meaningful change! ✨

We raised £145 including CPUK match funding. Thank you to Jenni Coleman, Accounts Assistant for organising this year and to all who took part.

We are immensely proud to have sponsored the No Limits Festival this weekend. A big thank you to the The Rabbit Hole Brigg Independent Bookshop for organising the festival and to all those involved. The weather was fantastic on Saturday and although there was less sunshine on Sunday we still had the same high number of children visit us and take part in our CANtastic Colour In competition, over 200 entries in total! Children either coloured in labels of our design - the Humber Bridge, Julian’s Bower and the Steelworks (CPUK’s Sense of Place featured articles) or made their own design, all labels then stuck to blank cans. They all looked fantastic! All participants took away a medal made from a can end and the winners from each age category will have their design printed onto an actual can. We now have the difficult task of choosing our winners as they are all amazing! All cans from the weekend will be displayed at the Rabbit Hole, Brigg and hopefully 20-21 Visual Arts Centre, Scunthorpe, which we are very much looking forward to arranging. It was also great to relay the story of CANPACK’s Sense of Place book to parents while they waited, detailing local heritage places of interest in all our CP countries, whilst also raising money for our charity partner, the British Heart Foundation. The book could be taken away for a small donation. We had amazing feedback over both days from schools and the local community, asking how we might work together in the future. The weekend was a great opportunity to promote all that CANPACK does whilst just having fun with our local community in a local heritage venue. It was amazing!
