Supported by the Natural Beauty & The Beast Community Grant Fund, Sensory Trust created sensory story packs inspired by Bodmin Moor and The Lizard, helping people connect with nature through touch, sound, scent and storytelling πŸ‚

A key outcome was training the National Landscape team in sensory storytelling, ensuring the resources can continue to be used with schools, community groups and care settings long into the future 🌳

Together, the story packs and staff training are helping break down barriers to accessing nature and heritage, making Cornwall's landscapes more accessible and inclusive for all πŸ’š

Great to see Falmouth Town Council, UK recognise the work of Euan McPhee, founder of Tregoniggie Woodland ! πŸ†

Founded 13 years ago, Tregoniggie Woodland is part of the Falmouth Green Corridor and provides a fantastic community resource for both people and wildlife. We remember Euan helping the 'Gylly Girls' Women's Institute to plant five trees, provided by Forest for Cornwall, in Tregoniggie Woodland in the winter of 2023.

Thank you Euan for your work in the woodland and supporting the community πŸ’š
