Customer care within our clients tech support team:

We have a fantastic opportunity that has come up for a customer service team member for one of our well established clients.

We are looking for candidates who ideally are from an office customer service background that have previous experience of the following;

Warranty Issues and repairs

Arranging collections/returns

Sending replacements outs

Complaint Handling

Problem Solving

Diary management for engineer callouts

Scheduling/booking engineer appointments

Using Google maps

We are looking for a real go-getter, someone who thieves on multi-tasking and be proactive to keep service levels high. Someone who loves to exceed expectations that care about customer services.

Very good benefits in terms of;

Great basic salary £23,000- £26,500 negotiable

Hours 8:00am – 5:00pm 2 days and three days 7:30-4:30pm

We are looking for someone to be an ambassador for our client, someone with a positive attitude, confident in the field who can demonstrate consultative Business Development and Account Management with excellent diary and time management skills.

Key skills/Key Responsibilities for business development/Account manager

Attend new business meetings set by the business development team.

Drop in visits to attend existing customers to retain relationships.

Product demonstrations.

Delivery of new products and set up equipment.

Training customers or re-training sessions on equipment.

New business development, confident to canvass for new business when spending time in an area.

Research new business opportunities.

UK Travel with odd overnight stay.

Become an expert in the products.

Attend conferences.

Working with realistic KPI’s.

Is able to carry out physically work, manoeuvring equipment for set up and delivery.

The position is Monday to Friday working with a 7:30am start; all the tools in terms of a small company van, laptop, and mobile phone come with the job.
