Our service encourages Adults to maintain independence whilst enabling them to live as full and as active life as possible. We want all Adults to achieve their goals no matter how big or small, enable them to have the control over what they would like to achieve and offers the skills to help them accomplish that whilst keeping safe. We offer a personal centred plan tailored to Adults individual ne

eds and aspirations. All adults that come to Lockwood View are fully involved in staff recruitment, service delivery, this is essential to the success of our services. We are a team and we are all valued. Our philosophy aims to promote and reflect the values that focus upon the each individual Adult, ensuring that the Adult is at the centre of their support plan, and that they take the lead in the type of service they receive, and in who provides this support and where and when this support is provided. We believe the best person to plan his or her future is the individual themselves. We will support each Adult to fulfill their expectations and aspirations, and we will enable them to make their own plans and decisions regarding their time at Lockwood View.
