Our philosophy aims to promote and reflect the values that focus upon the each individual Adult, ensuring that the Adult is at the centre of their support plan, and that they take the lead in the type of service they receive, and in who provides this support and where and when this support is provided. We believe the best person to plan his or her future is the individual themselves. We will support each Adult to fulfill their expectations and aspirations, and we will enable them to make their own plans and decisions regarding their time at Lockwood View.
