About
Recruitment Agency based at 55 Milford Street, Salisbury. Description
Mploy Staffing Solutions was formed in April 2001 and has grown from strength to strength, employing hundreds of temporary and permanent workers. Mploy started out as an industrial-based agency; after meteoric growth, we have introduced commercial, technical and driving divisions, operating from four locations in Salisbu
ry, Christchurch, Dorchester and Poole. General Information
Mploy's four directors have over 50 years' combined experience of the local recruitment market. Unlike any other agency, Mploy's directors run and manage clients' accounts - from start to finish. This includes sourcing quality applicants, interviewing, referencing and matching applicants to assignments. We believe this to be unique in the local area, the benefit to our clients being the continuity of contact in the agency and the peace of mind that the person dealing with your account has a vested interest in your business. Mploy also runs all of its accounts and payroll in house, priding ourselves on our accuracy of paying our temporary workers correctly first time, every time. Mploy was the first agency in Dorset to become an accredited Gangmasters (Licence No MPLO0001) in Autumn 2007. Mploy has also received ISO 9001 accreditation and, in February 2008, Mploy was accredited with Silver Investors in People in 2013, members of ALP (Association of Labour Providers), Licenced Data Protection Holder and Registered Ethical Trading Parnter. In December 2009, Mploy were invited to join the elite group of 'Beacon South West' companies. Beacon South West is a key business initiative of the South West of England Regional Development Agency (SWRDA) it acknowledges and brings together companies with proven track record of success, from adverse range of industries, to showcase good practice, share ideas and exchange experience.
