We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. You’ll work directly under our Sales Director, helping to drive new client engagement and expand Fairmont’s reach across key sectors.

🚀 What you’ll do
Identify and engage potential new clients across your target markets
Build and nurture lasting relationships with decision-makers
Present Fairmont’s recruitment solutions confidently and consultatively
Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
Consistently hit (and exceed) activity and revenue goals
