Looking for flexible hospitality work this season or extra hours alongside your current commitments?

Cornwall Staff Agency is recruiting for a range of temporary and seasonal hospitality roles, including:
• Kitchen Porters
• Housekeepers
• Front of house
• Bar Staff
These opportunities are based across Newquay and surrounding areas.

What We Offer
• £13.00 – £13.50 per hour
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
• Holiday pay accrued
• Flexible working – you tell us your availability
• Variety of shifts across multiple clients and venues

Available Roles & Responsibilities
Kitchen Porter
• Washing pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery
• Operating dishwashers
• Cleaning kitchen surfaces and equipment
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Stock replenishment and waste disposal
Housekeeping
• Stripping and remaking beds
• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
• Hoovering, dusting, and mopping floors
• Replenishing guest supplies
• Maintaining high cleanliness standards
Front of house
• Taking food and drink orders
• Serving food and beverages
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Polishing glassware and cutlery
• Delivering excellent customer service
Bar Staff
• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Handling payments and operating tills
• Maintaining clean bar areas
• Checking ID and promoting responsible service
• Supporting events and busy service periods

Hours & Shifts
• Flexible shifts to suit your availability
• Early starts, late finishes, and split shifts available
• Weekdays and weekends
• Housekeeping shifts typically 9:00am – 4:00pm

Requirements:
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and team player mindset.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential (due to location of some clients and shift times)
• Must be 18+ for bar roles.
• Please note: No live-in accommodation available.

Our client, a very popular family-run food production company, is seeking experienced Warehouse Packers to join their team from the week commencing 9th March 2026.

The Role:
📦 Carefully packing bespoke customer orders with care and attention – presentation is key!
👀 Visually inspecting all packed items to ensure they are properly sealed.

✔️ Physically fit to lift and move products onto pallets.
✔️ Previous packing experience is essential.

We are actively looking for a qualified Lifeguard to work with our client, a busy holiday park based in Bude.

Temporary position ongoing until May with the possibility of this being extended.

The Role/responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safety of all guests, Supervising all swimming pool users.
- Provide excellent customer care.
- Maintain high lifeguarding standards.
- Performing routine pool testing and monitoring chemical levels.
- Keeping the pool area and surrounding facilities clean and presentable.
- Carrying out cleaning tasks between sessions and at the end of each day.
- Ensure health & safety procedures are adhered and in line with the normal operating procedure (NOP).
- Deep cleans of the pool areas.

Requirements:
- A relevant and up to date National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) with appropriate first aid and resuscitation qualifications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Passion for wellbeing, sustainability, and the environment.
- Guest focused approach – professionally informal style that leaves guests feeling hosted and held.
- Desire to deliver a unique and genuine experience.

Pay/working hours:
- £14ph.
- Mileage paid at .45p per mile for a driver only.
- 4- 5 shifts per week.
- Shift times 9am- 1pm and 2pm- 6pm.

We pay weekly, every Friday, plus you will accrue holiday pay.
