Production Operative / Upholstery Assistant
Location: Ecclesfield, Sheffield (S35)
Pay: £13.00 per hour (rising to £13.50 per hour after 12 weeks)
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm - Overtime available Friday

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a growing manufacturing business based in Ecclesfield, Sheffield.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with production, manufacturing, assembly, upholstery or refurbishment experience who are looking for long-term work with genuine career progression opportunities.

Successful candidates will be working within a busy production environment supporting the refurbishment and installation of seating products used within the rail sector.

What You'll Be Doing

Fitting and replacing seat covers
Upholstery and refurbishment work
Assembly and production tasks
Cleaning and preparing seating components
Quality checking finished products
Following health and safety procedures

Working Hours & Pay
Monday to Thursday (optional overtime Fridays)
Overtime rate £17.29
6:00am – 4:30pm
30-minute unpaid lunch break

Up to 50 hours available per week
Minimum of 40 hours per week guaranteed
£13.00 per hour
Pay increase to £13.50 per hour following successful transfer to permanent employment
