We’re looking for an experienced Groundworker / Dumper Operator for a long-term civils project in Rossendale, Lancashire.

📍 Bank Street, Rossendale – BB4
💷 Competitive Pay
📋 Temporary / Contract
📅 Start Date: Monday 12th October 2026
⏳ 6 Months

The successful candidate must be experienced in both groundworks and operating a forward/reverse tipping dumper, with previous experience working on Category 3 & 4 road works and live roads.

CPCS preferred / NPORS accepted.

CIS or PAYE options are available, subject to eligibility, with weekly pay.

🥊 Proud to Support Local Talent

Last night, Recruitment Assets were proud to be at Magna Science Adventure Centre supporting young local boxer Jack Wale atMicky's athletic boxing club Gym’s 113th show.

We’re incredibly proud to support Jack and his journey in boxing. The commitment and dedication he puts into the sport at such a young age is brilliant to see.

A massive well done also has to go to & Micky's athletic boxing club Gym for putting on another fantastic show. 113 shows is an incredible achievement and shows the commitment the gym has made to amateur boxing and giving young local boxers the opportunity to compete and develop.

What they do goes far beyond boxing. They’re giving young people discipline, confidence, opportunities and a positive environment to develop both inside and outside the ring.

Supporting our local community has always been a big part of who we are at Recruitment Assets, and we’re proud to play a small part in supporting Jack.
