Your duties will include;

Personal Care Tasks

At least 1 years care experience within an EMI Nursing Home

The role will be to support adults with autism who require 1 to 1 care and support 24 hours a day.

All our service users live within a supported living scheme.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience

At least 1 year’s adult support experience (Voluntary or Paid)
Knowledge and understanding of Learning Disabilities
Managing challenging behaviours
Positive, hardworking ethos and good communication skills
As a Support Worker member, your objectives will be to.

Support the client with all daily personal care tasks
Diffuse any signs of challenging behaviour
Nutrition and hydration support
Mobility support
Engaging client in daily activity
