Easter arrived early for many of our onsite teams this year.

Our managers brought plenty of Easter cheer to colleagues with seasonal treats and a few fun surprises that added a simple feel good lift to a busy week.

These engagement moments are all about creating a positive atmosphere on site and showing our appreciation for the people who keep our client operations running smoothly every day.

We love celebrating the small everyday moments that bring teams together.

This February, we invited colleagues across our Managed Services division to share their ideas for appreciation cards. It’s a simple way to spread a bit of positivity on site and remind people that the little things really do matter.

The entries were brilliant. Each design had its own personality and it was great to see how people chose to put appreciation into their own words and style.

At Kingdom our CARE values shape everything we do. We CARE about the wellbeing of our colleagues. Taking the time to recognise each other is one of the ways we help people feel supported and valued in their day to day work.

Yesterday, our Manager Jeff and our Trainee Recruitment Consultants Jack and Maks spent the day at the Estée Lauder site in Fareham, supporting their team as the business prepares to move its operations abroad.

Their focus was to be present for the workforce, help people get registered, and make sure everyone has access to guidance and new opportunities as they plan their next steps.

A very warm welcome to Jack and Maks, who have joined our Industrial and Manufacturing division this week as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

They are stepping into roles that will give them a real understanding of how recruitment works day to day. From getting to know the challenges our clients face on the ground to supporting candidates as they look for their next opportunity, they will be learning the full journey from the inside out.

Both will be working closely with our consultants to build their knowledge of the sector, while developing the practical skills that make a difference in a fast moving market.
