🌟 EMPLOYEE OF THE WEEK — CHARLES 🌟

This week, we’re recognising Charles for his continued hard work, reliability and commitment to Lumina Staffing.

Charles has been part of the Lumina team for a long time, and he is someone we know we can always rely on. He consistently follows our in-house protocols, turns up, gets on with the job and gives his best without needing to be asked twice.

What makes Charles really stand out is the feedback we receive from the homes he works in. He is so well liked and respected that the teams genuinely see him as part of their own team, rather than just someone coming in to cover a shift.

He is hardworking, dependable and committed, exactly the kind of person every care home wants on their team.

Thank you, Charles, for your continued dedication and for representing Lumina so well. We’re very lucky to have you!

🌟 EMPLOYEE OF THE WEEK – MA PILAR 🌟

This week, we are incredibly proud to recognise Ma Pilar, one of our wonderful Senior Care Workers.

Ma Pilar is such a compassionate, respectful and caring person, and the way she conducts herself wherever she works is truly admirable. She consistently treats residents, care home teams and her fellow Lumina colleagues with kindness, patience and professionalism.

We are especially grateful for the respect she shows towards both the Lumina team and every home we send her to. She represents our values so naturally and always carries herself with such warmth and dignity.

Ma Pilar, thank you for the care, compassion and professionalism you bring to every shift. We are so proud to have you representing Lumina Staffing. 🌟

Congratulations, Ma Pilar — very well deserved!
