March is a popular month for work anniversaries, and we’re thrilled to celebrate some fantastic colleagues who together contributed 91 years of dedication, expertise, and passion to our business. Their commitment to clients, candidates, and the wider community makes a real impact every day.

⭐ Emma Tarbox – Celebrating an amazing 14 years leading both our Nottingham and West Herts offices. Emma is an active figure in the local business community and a Patron of the local Chamber of Commerce, always looking for ways to support businesses and job seekers alike.
⭐ Rachel Watson – Marking an incredible 27 years as a Principal Permanent Consultant in West Herts. A true expert in permanent recruitment, Rachel’s knowledge and experience have helped countless clients and candidates over the years.
⭐ Denise Alves CertRP – 3 years as a Temporary Consultant in West Herts. Denise is always smiling and well-known in local networking circles, making valuable connections wherever she goes.
⭐ Rosie Ashley – 3 years as a Permanent Consultant in our Nottingham office. ⭐ Jo Wilson – Our longest-serving team member, celebrating an incredible 32 years in our Southampton office. A highly respected Temporary Consultant, Jo’s knowledge of the local market is second to none – and she definitely doesn’t look old enough for 32 years of service!
⭐ Holly McSweeney – 12 years in our Basingstoke office, where she manages both temporary and permanent recruitment as an Executive Manager. Holly is also an active member of our DEI team, leading our LGBT+ inclusion work.
