Nine years of recruitment magic, perfectly timed one-liners and plenty of laughter .... happy Bowmay anniversary, Lucy Bailey! 🎉

Lucy was the very first employee at Bowmay, so celebrating this anniversary feels particularly special.

She’s been such a big part of the Bowmay story, and I’m so grateful for the dedication, commitment and care she gives to the business and everyone she works with. We always say ‘partnerships are the fabric of our business’ and Lucy just get’s that.

She has a real knack for making recruitment magic happen; bringing the right people together and finding a way, even when a brief feels almost impossible! ✨

She also has a the best sense of humour, and this photo says it all ... me in stitches, Lucy looking perfectly composed, as though she’s had absolutely nothing to do with it and it was, as it always is, a perfectly timed one liner from Luce. A familiar scene over the past nine years! 😂

It’s moments like these that remind us why we love what we do! ❤️

Today, we had a lovely surprise in the Bowmay office when a someone that Lucy recently placed popped in with some gifts to say thank you!

He’s absolutely over the moon with his new role and wanted to personally thank Lucy Bailey for helping him get there.

And honestly, it made our day! 🥰

Recruitment can be a busy, demanding, fast-paced industry, but moments like this really do mean the world to us.
