📣 We are seeking flexible and experienced support workers to join our team and provide compassionate care to individuals in need. The ideal candidates will have a nurturing approach and a genuine desire to support others in their daily lives.

➡️ This is a flexible role and would suit applicants who are looking to boost their income, or students who are looking for flexible work around their studies.

Responsibilities
✅️Provide patient care and support with activities of daily living
✅️Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
✅️Implement behaviour management techniques when necessary
✅️Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
✅️Prepare meals and ensure dietary requirements are met
✅️Engage in childcare activities if required
✅️Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed
✅️Maintain a clean and organised living environment

Experience
✅️12 months experience in a health and social care setting in the UK
✅️Knowledge of first aid procedures is beneficial
✅️Ability to work effectively in a team environment
✅️Strong communication skills to interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
