RF Work Programme

RF Work Programme A ‘fee-free’ bespoke employment & retention service: we are committed to providing a service that is tailored to your company’s needs at no cost to you.

Introducing Richmond Fellowship Employment Services
Do you need to grow your team? Our small, experienced and professional team of Employment Advisors are working in partnership with the Government Work Programme to provide-free recruitment.

• A ‘fee-free’ bespoke employment & retention service: we are committed to providing a service that is tailored to your company’s requirements at no cost to

your business.

• Staff Retention: Matching the right person to the right job is critical to the success of the Work Programme. The Work Programme is based on a ‘payment by results’ model, which means Richmond Fellowship is only paid once an individual remains in their new job for several months. Therefore, it is not in our interests to put forward unsuitable candidates for your vacancies. Plus our Employment Advisors have the highest sustained work outcomes in the country. If you would like more information about The Work Programme and how it can help your business or have a vacancy that needs filling, please feel free to contact me on 01737 236 410 or [email protected]

The 10th of September is World Su***de Prevention Day with the theme of 'Creating Hope Through Action’. You can help Create Hope Through Action, by reflecting on how you can support someone in your life who may be experiencing suicidal thoughts or at risk of su***de. Encouraging understanding and sharing experiences creates a society where people have the confidence to take action, building hope for the future.
At Richmond Fellowship, our vision is for everyone to achieve a life they value.
