Our Redditch team could do with another pair of hands… and someone who’s happy to pick up the phone!

We’re looking for a full-time Recruitment Resourcer to join Swift Temps until Christmas, helping our busy office keep candidates informed and ready for work.

You’ll be:
• Calling potential candidates and screening applications
• Checking worker availability
• Managing candidate paperwork and registration packs
• Sharing job updates and confirming assignment details

You don’t need recruitment experience. If you’ve worked in telesales, data cleansing or another role involving plenty of phone conversations, we’d love to hear from you.

Being confident speaking with people is essential, along with good organisation and the ability to keep up when things get busy. There’s plenty going on in our Redditch office, but you’ll have a welcoming team around you who pull together and enjoy a laugh along the way.

Looking for warehouse work? We have over 100 Warehouse Operative jobs available at a state of the art warehouse in Burton.

Getting there is covered too, with transport provided from pick-up points in Aston and Erdington, plus the return journey after your shift.

Pay: £12.71–£13.25 per hour

Two shifts available:
• 10am to 10pm, with an hour break
• 10pm to 10am, with an hour break

You’ll need previous warehouse experience. The role includes picking with hand scanners, packing, replenishing stock and moving goods safely.

Usually, our consultants are on the phone talking about jobs. Today, we’ve put one in front of a camera… and we’re pleased to report she’s still talking to the marketing team!

A big well done to Charlie, our Legal Recruitment Consultant in St Helens, for being the first to step into the spotlight and introduce our Job of the Day. Getting filmed for the first time takes a bit of courage, and she’s done us proud.

Today’s opportunity is a Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser in Blackburn, with pay increasing to £15 per hour after two days of training.

“How quickly can I start?”
One of the questions we get asked a lot is how quickly people can start work. The honest answer is, it depends on the role and what’s available at the time, but once you’re registered and everything is in place, we can often move quite quickly.
Some roles need people immediately, especially in warehouse, production, and driving, while others take a bit more time if there’s an interview process involved. The key thing is being ready.
