We have not one, but two new starters and we couldn't be happier about it. Meet our second new recruit... Annamaria Boloni – Office Support, for Swift Temps Gloucester.

Annamaria has joined the Gloucester team as Office Support, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes and supporting the branch with the day-to-day essentials that keep things moving for clients and candidates.

She’s already settling in well and is getting to know the team, bringing a calm, determined and positive energy to the office.

Before joining Swift, Annamaria successfully balanced her university studies in Business Management with running her own cleaning business for four years – an achievement she’s especially proud of. That experience helped her build strong leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills, along with a natural ability to connect with people.

We have a new starter in our midst! Meet Trisha, our new Recruitment Consultant for the Coventry team.

Trisha joins Swift Temps with 15 years of experience in recruitment, specialising in industrial, warehouse and manufacturing roles, alongside driving and some white-collar recruitment and the team are thrilled to have her on board.

Her journey into recruitment started on the warehouse floor, before moving into resourcing and discovering a real passion for the pace, people, and problem-solving that the industry brings.

She’s worked across large volume contracts, including major logistics sites, as well as smaller client accounts, giving her a well-rounded approach to recruitment and relationship building.

Trisha’s approach is simple. It’s not just about filling roles quickly, it’s about understanding people. By taking the time to learn what both clients and candidates actually need, she focuses on finding the right fit that lasts.

She’s already getting stuck into life at Swift and is focused on helping to grow the business further over the coming months.
