I am an experienced International Trade and Dangerous Goods Safety Consultant. My career started in the British Army where he served as a Royal Engineer for an adventurous 6 years before adapting to civilian life, where i gained vast experience in a wide variety of business capacities. From recruitment and sales to finance and even construction, i managed to find my niche and what i enjoyed most, in the logistics and warehousing sector, where i have worked for many large organisations. I was given the opportunity to run the logistics at Dragon Racing, a Formula E Racing Team and then later for Williams Advanced Engineering on their Jaguar Racing programme as a Chief Truckie, before managing the logistics operations for the BMW Andretti test team in Munich on their Gen2 Formula E race car.
I later moved to Roborace (now Arrival PLC) where i spent 3 years. I ended up managed international logistics and dangerous goods safety whilst managing the transition into the post-Brexit world. I worked closely with international trade compliance consultants and developed a love for the international element of logistics. I therefore decided to pursue and complete the relevant qualifications to be at the top of the game himself.
I was then offered an opportunity to do the same at Haas Formula 1 team, whilst advising on the most tax efficient and compliant solutions for the team's complex arrangements with many European suppliers. I was able to save the company hundreds of thousands in unnecessary shipping taxation and led the team to become an internationally compliant organisation, whilst implementing visible and well communicated processes and a professional, traceable logistics platform.
I later joined a 3PL warehousing and logistics organisation where I project managed the introduction of a customs department, so that they could offer this valuable service to customers. I am consistently driven for continuous improvement and providing top quality service for his clients.
