Fabrication Operative - Redditch
Permanent Position
Straight Day Shifts & early finish on Fridays
£25,420.00-£27,560.00 per year (£13.75 an hour)
Our client is an established sheet metal engineering company based in Redditch. Due to an increase in their order book, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Fabricator/Assembler to join their Fabrication Department.
The role is a permanent, full-time role, you'll have the opportunity to prove your exceptional fabrication skills and contribute to the production of high-quality components. We're seeking individuals who are passionate about their craft and eager to be part of a dynamic team.
What you can expect:
Hands-on fabrication work in a supportive, team-based environment.
Using hand tools, drilling, tapping, deburring to fabricate and assemble components to customers' specifications.

Preferred Requirements:
Proficiency in Drilling, Tapping, Deburring, and Machining.
Confident using hand tools.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to produce high-quality components
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional work
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Collaborative mindset and a willingness to work as part of a team
A strong work ethic, with a solid work history would be a distinct advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
Technical training or qualifications in engineering or a related field
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
