We offer a range of services tailored to meet individual needs, including:

Outreach Support - supporting children and young people with disabilities and emotional or behavioural needs.

Supervised Family Time - creating safe, supportive environments for families to spend quality time together.

Edge of Care - helping families navigate challenges and supporting young people to remain safely at home wherever possible.

Residential Cover -providing flexible support to meet the needs of children’s homes.

Outdoor Education & Personal Development - building confidence, developing life skills and creating positive experiences.

Emergency Support - providing flexible support when it’s needed most.

Every child, young person and family is unique, and we’re proud to provide support that reflects that.

Lead and support our Outreach Team to deliver high-quality, child-centred support to children and young people.

⏰ 37 hours per week

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, confident and hardworking, with a genuine passion for making a positive difference.
