As we slide towards the weekend, we are ending the week on a high with a fantastically detailed and positive google review 🎉 Another huge well done to Anna for delivering an exceptional experience, fully aligned to our Murray McIntosh values.

Recruitment companies are often criticised for being impersonal, and it is this stigma that our team work so hard to change. As Ann comments in her full review, we genuinely care about our candidate’s entire career, how they can develop as a professional and what opportunities are best suited to support their short and long-term goals.

Read the full 5-star google review here:

“I came into contact with Murray Mcintosh as a job vacancy I was interested in was being managed by them. Despite this, they took an interest in my whole career and how they could help me develop it.

I was allocated to Anna Kelly who was amazing from day one. She explained every step of the way to me concisely and clearly. There was not one moment when I felt confused about the next steps or what to expect. Anna and her colleague Lauren even went the extra mile, helping me out with technical hitches which made me 20 minutes late for my first interview!

In addition to guiding me through the interview process, in terms of admin but also offering to practice likely questions, Anna listened intently to everything about me. She helped me identify my strengths and how I could apply them to this role but never pressured me at any point to accept the next stage of the interview. She clearly wanted me to be comfortable with any new job and I really do feel that she would have been honest with me if this particular role was not right for me. I’ve not worked with a recruitment agency before who invested so much time in getting to really understand client.

Having Anna involved in this process made the whole experience so much easier. No potentially awkward conversations with a future employer about salary expectations, aspects of the role that you may not thrive in as much as others etc… Even now that I’ve secured the job Anna checks in occasionally to see how my notice period is going and if I have everything I need for the new role.

I cannot recommend Anna and Murray McKintosh enough! Professional, polite and friendly with timely and concise communications. Thank you Anna!”

💧 Each year, 126 million cubic metres of water is lost from global water management systems due to leaks, poor metering, and theft.

This amounts to a loss of £29 billion per year.

Aside from the financial burden, this can have a huge and often unnecessary impact upon the environment and the world’s water supplies.

Our video dives into how the Internet of Things and water management are converging – and what that means for talent.
