Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with on-call duties.
Simple Recruitment Services Ltd are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to manage our newly developed Catering & Hospitality desk.
A background in recruitment is essential as is enthusiasm and eagerness to progress within the Hospitality sector and carve your own path to success.
Experience in administration and sales would be a bonus to support the grow of your business further.
Role:

The Department will support clients with temporary staffing on an ad hoc basis as well as permanent recruiting solutions.
Office hours are between 8am and 5pm but the business can be flexible to meet the business / consultant’s needs.
Duties of the role include but are not exclusive to -
- Sourcing and managing Candidates
- Ensuring 100% compliance and best practice
- Running your own desk
- Business development - sales growth, business expansion
- Transporting candidates to various clients as and when is needed
- Following company procedures and maximising profits
- Attending client meetings and visits (bi-monthly)
Good communication skills are essential to effectively manage Candidates and Clients alike coupled with sound administrative skills.
Access to own transport is essential, and company expenses will be reimbursed.
