A huge congratulations to William Harris who has achieved a promotion to Sales Team Leader!⚡️
Will joined the business slightly over 18 months ago and has performed exceptionally well since joining. Not only has his performance exceeded anything previously done in recruitment, but he’s one of the nicest people you’ll come across. He’s incredibly enthusiastic, has an optimistic outlook on life with an infectious personality.
Will has achieved many milestones since joining, such as doubling his best-ever pay cheque, achieving his best month and quarter in recruitment, and being on track to double his best-ever billings this year!
When asked about his journey at AVD Appoint so far, Will said: “I have never been in an environment where the standard is so high. The high performing environment becomes infectious and has had a massively positive impact on my development as a recruiter, both financially and technically.”
