Trapeze Recruitment Services Ltd Soon after, Trapeze hired its first member of staff in November 2018.

Trapeze Recruitment was created with the desire to add real value to the recruitment industry, and to bring the meaning back to the candidate and the job role, founded by a recruitment professional with two decades of experience within the job industry. Trapeze was launched from home with a few savings in the bank, a very supportive partner, and the desire and passion to put in place all the good

things learnt in recruitment and to not implement all the bad practices witnessed. After two quite lonely years of working from home, building the business and very careful cashflow planning in September 2018, the company was in a position to move into lovely brand-new offices in Manston, Kent. Recruitment can not be reinvented, but there is clearly a market for what we have to offer the recruitment industry. Trapeze is extremely proud and thankful for its very loyal clients and candidates and the growth and market share it has witnessed since the company started trading. Trapeze must be doing something right; maybe the slightly different approach is what our clients and candidates desire – so Trapeze will keep doing this, just more of it!

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a full-time permanent Chef position based in Whitfield, Kent.

📍 Location: Whitfield, Kent
💷 Pay: £14.50 per hour
✅ Guaranteed hours
📅 5 days per week

⏰ 9-hour rotating shift pattern:
🌅 AM Shift: 6:00am – 3:00pm
🌙 PM Shift: 1:00pm – 10:00pm
